THEFT

Often the first instinct of communities when they discover thefts is to contact the police or gendarmerie services. However, these are often outdated and they lack resources, so two options are available to them:

  • Conduct your own investigation with the risks that this entails (it’s a job! admissibility of evidence, invasion of privacy, etc.)

  • Call on an investigative professional (approved detective) to obtain admissibility of evidence and a circumstantial report that can be included in the procedure (e.g. filing a complaint)

In the latter case, the private research agent will have the task of determining the origin of the theft and facilitating the work of justice thanks to the investigation report which will be included in the procedure.
