WILD DEPOSITS

In accordance with article L.541-1-1 of the environmental code, the deposit and discharge of waste is illegal. And this is because this type of illegal dumping constitutes a new source of pollution, whether of soil, water or air. To limit pollution and prevent illegal dumping of waste, town halls are able to record abandonment and sanction the author in accordance with article L. 541-3 of the environmental code.

 

However, if the town hall in question is not able to provide the necessary evidence, it can call on the services of the Riviera Private Investigation firm. We will determine through physical findings the author or authors of the illegal dumping in the city. These findings will make it possible to initiate legal proceedings by the town hall concerned, relying in particular on our detailed report, admissible in court.
